  • 5:27 p.m. A vehicle crashed after swerving to avoid a dead animal on H53 near Hauser.
  • 5:04 p.m. A dead fox is reported on Wilbur/Dalton Gardens.
  • 4:50 p.m. Ace Hardware on West Hayden reports that a sixtysomething male suffered a cut around his eye in a fall.
  • 4:31 p.m. Home-care patient on Mullan is threatening to commit suicide.
  • 4:11 p.m. A ceiling fan has caught fire and blackened the basement roof of a home on Gracie Way/Post Falls.
  • 3:58 p.m. Tracy has followed a speeding vehicle to a Signal Point/Post Falls residence and is willing to sign a complaint.

  • 3:32 p.m. Possible DUI in a e/b red Volvo takes H95 exit after swerving and almost causing accidents on I-90. Update (3:39 p.m.): Volvo stopped @ H95 & Canfield.
  • 2:05 p.m. One officer asks another if he is going to stop at a seamstress. When the second officer responded in the affirmative, the first patrolman asks if he can pick up some shirts for him.
  • 2:01 p.m. A trailer hauling machinery is missing a wheel while parked along s/b H95 @ M/P 418 (near Mica Creek Bridge).
  • 1:52 p.m. R/P reports a suspicious male is going door-to-door @ Nagel & Golden Spike/Rathdrum, knocking on doors and then leaving if no one answers.
  • 1:36 p.m. 3 males in a blue vehicle are taking literature door-to-door @ Boekel & Thayer/Rathdrum.
  • 12:58 p.m. A fire is reported in the back of  a pickup parked in back of the Spokane Credit Union, 3903 Primrose.
  • 12:44 p.m. Steel bars are lying in the n/b lanes of H95 @ Miles/Hayden.
