10:23 a.m. A chimney fire is reported @ 802 Mountain View Road.
10:10 a.m. An officer reports that the system has malfunctioned and pressure is building in a pipe w/natural gas @ Boekel & Batchelder/Rathdrum. (See: 9:51 a.m. item)
10:02 a.m. A 47YO female is suffering intense stomach pain, possibly from kidney stones, @ the Apple Family Medical Clinic on Ironwood.
9:51 a.m. Passing motorist reports strong smell of natural gas @ Boekel & Batchelder/Rathdrum.
9:45 a.m. Manager of a storage unit on H53 reports an abandoned vehicle.
8:23 a.m. Bob reports that motorists are speeding by his place on H53.
SOAP BOX TIME As a former chimney sweep, I have to say…. Get your chimney swept! Chimney fires are very preventable. I have seen the results of chimneys that have collapsed in upon themselves as they get molten. the only direction for the jet engine like fire to go is back into your house. There have been too many scanner traffic reports of chimney fires lately. OK Done. :)
Oh yeah…One of those “chimney sweeping logs”…don't go there…
