Racist, Galpal Held In Murder Spree

David Joseph Pedersen is shown in these Oregon State Police booking photos Thursday. Police in Washington say a woman suspected of killing four people in a Northwest crime spree has admitted to one of the slayings. Investigators said Monday that Holly Grigsby told them she fatally stabbed Leslie Pedersen, who is the stepmother of Grigsby's boyfriend. Grigsby's boyfriend, David Joseph Pedersen, is also accused in the killing spree that spanned Washington state, Oregon and California. (AP Photo/Oregon State Police, File)

Four murder victims –including an African-American man shot in the head at close-range in Eureka, Calif. – are now being linked to a jailed couple with extensive criminal records and white supremacy beliefs. It looks like the West Coast crime spree – described by one Oregon sheriff as a “vicious, wild reign of terror” – may have had a racist agenda. Authorities on Monday said the death of Reginald Alan Clark, 53, who was found shot to death in his pickup last Friday in Eureka, was tied to the killing spree believed carried out by David “Joey” Pedersen, 31, and his girlfriend, Holly Ann Grigsby, 24/Bill Morlin, SPLC Hate Watch. More here.

DFO: Former SR colleague Bill Morlin goes on to point out that Pedersen once threatened a judge involved in the Ruby Ridge case involving Randy Weaver.
