The Coeur d’ Alene Fire Department has teamed up with Kootenai County Emergency Medical Service System for the month of October to bring awareness to Breast Cancer. Coeur d’ Alene Firefighters will be wearing pink medical gloves while responding to medical emergencies. The pink glove campaign is intended to raise awareness about Breast Cancer and the millions of people affected by this illness.  Persons wishing to donate can visit the Susan G.
