Shots fired at Double Eagle Pawn

Dozens of police officers and city and county SWAT teams have converged around the Double Eagle Pawn shop at 3030 E. Sprague Avenue after a man jumped behind the counter, grabbed a gun and fired shots inside the store. The gunman told police he wanted to “make a media show of it.” Police initially thought the man might have taken a customer hostage, but they currently don’t think that’s the case. More here.
