Tate Replaces Jettisoned Phil Hardy

In the "How Soon They Forget" Dept., Michael Tate has circulated a news release, telling of two new staff members for Congressman Raul Labrador's Washington, D.C., office. One of the two is Tate, who replaces spokesman Phil Hardy. Who got booted to the curb after a slobbering tweet -- on the boss's Twitter account -- re: a racy Super Bowl commercial involving "Two Broke Girls" stars. There's no mention of Hardy in the Labrador office news release: "Idaho First District Congressman Raúl Labrador welcomed two new staff members to his Washington, D.C. office. Neil Siefring will serve as the Legislative Director, replacing Jason Bohrer, who became Chief of Staff earlier this year, and Michael Tate, who will serve as the Communications Director." News release here.
