Dave: City Overpaid For Parks

On his Facebook wall, Dave Chamberlain posts:

The Coeur d'Alene School board has chosen to use an inflated appraisal to "blackmail", according to council person Goodlander, the city of Coeur d'Alene to pay 100K more for the property than was discussed, and agreed upon by the two parties in a public meeting. You could feel the frustration in the voices of long term members such and Ron Edinger and the newer, more conservative member of the current city council, Dan Gookin .I think this is just another showing of the quality of the current school board led by Jeff Ward and the Reagan Republicans. Although this is just moving money from one pocket to the other for the taxpayers, it just goes to show you the animosity that is being created by the Hamilton/Regan/Hightower far-right, anti-union, anti-UN, anti-education of ALL non-Christian religion faction that current is running our school district into a path of disintegration. More here.

DFO: Also under that Facebook thread, Chamberlain FB Friend Tom Hearn announces that he's running for the District 5 position now held by appointee Jim Hightower, a Reagan Republican director.

Question: Did the city of Coeur d'Alene pay the School District too much for Person and Bryan playfields?
