Oopsy: Christa Corrects Error

Christa Hazel sent the following statement to Huckleberries Online:

"On Monday evening, I spoke before the school board regarding Person Field.  I stated the the relocation of district office is a Phase 3 priority in the school district's 10 Year Plan.  It has been brought to my attention that I am inaccurate. While at one time it was a Phase 3 priority, it is presently classified as a Phase 1 priority.  I have sent an email to Superintendent Hazel Bauman and COO Wendell Wardell apologizing for this error on my part.  Board Chair, Tom Hamilton, was also included on the routing.  While one fact presented was inaccurate, my overall opinion remains unchanged.  I believe that the school district is moving too fast in relocating district office.  In my personal opinion, this chosen relocation timeline is affecting Person Field negotiations. My desire is that we can accomplish the end goal of both a healthy office for district staff and that Person Field will remain a neighborhood play field for many years to come."
