There's an online petition battle going on between Gov. Butch Otter and Idaho Freedom Foundation exec Wayne Hoffman. Otter wants Idahoans to sign his petitions in support of a state-run health insurance exchange. Hoffman wants Idahoans to sign his petitions against the insurance exchange.
