An Annual Annoyance, But …

On her Facebook page, Kerri Thoreson posts: "Apologies in advance to everyone within a several block area of our house. Like clockwork during the first week of June the "cotton" blooms on four of our nine 50" tall poplar trees. For the next few weeks everything in our yard will be covered in cotton and the wind will carry it throughout the neighborhood. Despite this annual annoyance I do love these beautiful shade trees ... Bert and my dad planted them as seedlings in 1987, our first year in this house."

Question: Besides allegies triggered by pollen, is there something that spring produces that irritates you?
