Henderson Explains Exchange Support

"I never felt that the government should have a role … I can tell you that HB 248 comes as close to my ambition that the private sector administer and fund an exchange ... There were compromises that were made, but I see certain aspects of HB 248 that represent a statement that I strongly support, and I hope everyone will take the time to unemotionally and objectively read the bill." -- Rep. Frank Henderson, R-Post Falls. More here. H/T: Kestrel West Morming Memo.

Question: Has respected legislator Frank Henderson become a RINO, too, now that he supports the health exchange?
