Letter: Don’t Vote For Libruls

On his Facebook wall, Tom Hearn responds to a letter in the Coeur d'Alene Press that supports the three "conservative Republicans" in the Coeur d'Alene School Board elections, over the three "liberal Democrats": This letter is exactly what is wrong with politics in Kootenai County with regards to the schools and other non-partisan boards and councils. People throw out the "liberal vs conservative" label, "Republican vs. Democrat" and of course some people believe these labels and vote in people with the perceived label they prefer regardless of qualifications. It is public record that Christa Hazel is a registered Republican, Dave Eubanks is registered as an Independent and I am registered as a Democrat. Full comment here.

Question: Does "conservative" and "liberal" mean anything in this county when some people use the term "liberal" to describe Reagan Republican founder Jeff Ward?
