Hump Day Wild Card — 4.2.14

I enjoyed getting acquainted with GOP county treasurer candidate Steve Matheson over coffee this morning at By the Lake Bakery on Front Avenue. (Yes, the west end of the new McEuen Field is looking good, with the grass coming in.) Matheson raised some interesting questions re: how the treasurer's office is run at a recent Reagan Republican forum. And I wanted to follow up with questions I had.
