Idaho GOP Congressman Raul Labrador weighed in immigration reform and a $1.1 trillion U.S. government spending bill this  morning on MSNBC's Morning Joe. When asked about President Barack Obama's recent executive orders on Immigration, Labrador chastised the president, saying, "He's no constitutional scholar." Labrador added that he didn't think a U.S. Senate-backed measure for comprehensive immigration reform would pass through the U.S. House/George Prentice, Boise Weekly. More here.
