Top Comment -- Riggs (RE: Letter: Bullets are one cure): Sadly, we are going to have to live with a less civil society than in the past. Just as Europeans tolerate petty theft, we will have to live with the same so that people interact less with police. The police need to change their methodology and society needs to tolerate low level criminality more than it does now.
