According to my info earlier this week, Public Services Director Terry Werner of Post Falls may announce for the House District 3 seat now held by state Rep. Ron Mendive, R-Post Falls. If he does so, mainstream Republicans in the Post Falls area will field a group of candidates who should have strong business support. Pat Whalen for state Sen.
