Huckleberries Online

Blogfest 2014 Planning Begins

Just a note to inform Hucks Nation that planning has started for Blogfest 2014 -- the 10th anniversary of Huckleberries Online. The usual space is reserved, at Steve Widmyer's Fort Ground Grill in the historic Fortgrounds. We haven't decided on the fare. But it has been worth the price of admission for the last 4 or 5 years that we've held the blogfest at the Grill. Actually, it's free admission, food and pop. The only thing guests pay for is the bruskie, if they want one. The date? Saturday, Feb. 15. The actual anniversary for the blog is Sunday, Feb. 16. I'll tell you more about Blogfest plans as they develop. You should plan to be there. I don't plan to retire. But no one knows how many miles I have left in this old carcass.

Question: Which hours work better for a blogfest -- 1 to 4 p.m. or 2 to 5 p.m.?
