CSD To Present State Of The District

Laura Rumpler announces the upcoming State of the School District presentation that is to be held on 1-29-14 in the Cd’A Library Community Room. And shares that the event will be recorded and broadcast throughout the month of February. This event will be hosted by the Coeur d’Alene Education Partnership.

The Coeur d’Alene Education Partnership will present a State of the District community event in partnership with the Coeur d’Alene School District from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29 in the Community Room of the Coeur d’Alene Public Library.  Parents, teachers, students, and community members are invited to attend.  The library is located at 702 E. Front Ave. Topics to be discussed include a district performance report from Superintendent Matt Handelman, an update on the district’s new safety and security enhancements, information about the Idaho Core Standards and the Smarter Balanced Field Test, and a presentation about the district’s strategic planning project titled Our Schools, Our Future.
