Huzzah, CdA Temp Hits 50

Patchy sunshine and a mild southwest wind have combined to send afternoon temperatures into the 50s in the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene areas for the first time since Nov. 19. At 2 p.m., Spokane International Airport was at 53 degrees while Felts Field in East Spokane was at 56. Coeur d’Alene was at 50. The mild weather and rain today has heightened concern about flooding on small streams and creeks as well as in low-lying rural areas and some urban locations/Mike Prager, SR. More here.

Question: Does this mean the end (of winter) is in sight?
