Closer Look At Hitching Post Lawyers

In the Coeur d'Alene Press on Sunday, reporter Keith Cousins spotlighted Alliance Defending Freedom, the Christian rights advocacy organization that filed a lawsuit on behalf of Hitching Post owners Don and Evelyn Knapp. The lawsuit was filed Oct. 17. The Knapps, both ordained ministers, have said they won't marry gay couples, in defiance of the Coeur d'Alene city ordinance that bans discrimination against gays. Since the suit was filed the city, the Idaho ACLU and the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations have all said that the Knapps have a religious exemption from the ordinance. Writes reporter Cousins: "Where the ADF stands, and how the group intends to move forward in light of these public comments, is uncertain"/Keith Cousins, Coeur d'Alene Press. More here.

Question: Do you expect a fight over the Hitching Post to continue from outside entities on both sides?
