Otter Still Against Gay Marriage

Idaho Gov. Butch Otter had this to say about the same-sex marriage issue: “It is incumbent upon those of us sworn to uphold and defend our Constitution and to do so based on its content now – not on changing societal values since it was enacted or how any of us would rewrite it today. Therefore, I will, with my partnership with the attorney general, continue to do all I can to uphold my oath and defend our Idaho Constitution.” Lawmakers met the statement with applause/Betsy Russell, Eye on Boise. Question: Will 'Add the Words' legislation pass in Idaho this year?
