Those pops you heard all around North Idaho Tuesday afternoon were Tea Party heads exploding as Air Force One touched down on Boise tarmac. And then continued to explode as President Barack Obama addressed a packed house at Boise State. Sure sounds as though the president hasn't embraced his lame-duck status.
