Greater Spokane Food Truck Association has expanded into Coeur d'Alene with the addition of two businesses: Meltz Extreme Grilled Cheese and Coeur de Breizh Crepes. The Food Truck Association, in cooperation with the city of Coeur d'Alene, has organized the first food truck rally in Coeur D'Alene. It will take place from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday, April 12, in the lower parking lot of City Hall, adjacent to the new McEuen Park playground. Participating vendors are Meltz Extreme Grilled Cheese, Coeur de Breizh Crepes, Shameless Sausages, King of Tacos, and The Jamaican Jerk Pan. This event is the first of two rallies planned in Coeur d'Alene for the year. The second is scheduled in conjunction with Car d'Lane in June.
