The Coeur d' Alene Police Department is happy to report that the earlier reported runaway/missing juveniles Kyia Elizabeth Baldwin and Madison Eileen Strickler have both been located safe and sound. The Coeur d Alene Police Department appreciates the assistance of the public in locating the juveniles.
