9:34 a.m. Impaired Driver -- Driver appeared unconscious as passenger steered red mini-van off w/b I-90/MP 5 (Spokane St/Post Falls). The vehicle was weaving before the passenger took control. Driver now slumped over wheel.
8:41 a.m. Suspicious Vehicle -- Officer checking out red van parked @ Seltice Way/Innovation Way/Post Falls.
8:34 a.m. Reckless Driver -- Driver of black vehicle @ e/b I-90/CdA area aggressive, children not bucked in.
