Do teen-agers come in ‘herds’?

In this Facebook post, FBF Dave Chamberlain inserts the caption: "A herd of teen-agers perched on the rocky cliffs of Tubbs Hill." Dave snapped the photo recently while boating with a friend on Lake Coeur d'Alene. The caption raises the question:

Question: Is a group of teen-agers called a "herd"? If not, what word (flock = chickens, pride = lions, etc.) would you use for a group of teens?
