The political dance cards are beginning to take shape. At least 5 people are running for the Republican nomination for two seats on the Kootenai County Board of Commissioners. The extremists who gave us Reps. Heather Scott and Sage Dixon already are targeting respected state Sen. Shawn Keough with their distorted claims & conspiracy theories in Bonner and Boundary counties. It shouldn't be long before the conservative hardliners in Kootenai County trot out over-the-top candidate to try to win the Republican nominations for sheriff and prosecutor.
