No surprises. However, he filled in the box for "constitutional sheriff" candidate John Green over mainstream Republican incumbent Ben Wolfinger in the GOPrimary race for Kootenai County sheriff. Wolfinger trounced Green. Now, as local party chairman, Regan will be expected to back Wolfinger in the general election against Tina Kunishige, another constitutional sheriff candidate running as a Democrat.
