CHS picks Stockwell as girls’ cage coach
Scott Stockwell is going back to the gym where he was introduced to basketball as a youth. Stockwell has been named the Coeur d’Alene girls coach, replacing the retired Dale Poffenroth. A Post Falls High graduate, it will be Stockwell’s first head coaching job. He has assisted his dad, Lakeland boys coach Dave Stockwell, the last five years. “I thought I’d throw myself in the mix and didn’t really expect anything of it to be honest,” Stockwell, 29, said. “I’m extremely blessed to get the consideration”/
