The Kootenai Democratic Club will moderate a debate for the two House District 2 seats. The debate will begin at noon Friday at the Iron Horse on Sherman Avenue. All candidates, Rep. Vito Barbieri, R-Dalton Gardens, Democrat Kathy Kahn, of Medimont, Rep. Eric Redman, R-Athol, and Democrat Richard Kohles were invited to participate The public is welcome to attend the debate.Tamara Lee Poelstra will moderate this debate. "I want to lead an interesting discussion and to encourage the public to participate." explained Tamara. "There will be an opportunity for the audience to ask questions so it will be very interesting."
