Tom Foley
Tom Foley was born March 6, 1929 in Spokane, Wash. Foley served as a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from 1965 to 1995, representing Washington's 5th congressional district. He served as Speaker of the United States House of Representatives from 1989 to 1995.
