What happened: Calvin Mikkelsen rushed for two touchdowns and 119 yards and threw for one touchdown and 106 yards and the Eagles (10-0) beat the Scotties (8-2) in a State 1A quarterfinal at Union Stadium on Friday. Luke Whitaker threw three touchdown passes for Freeman. Lakeside will play in the semifinal for the first time in school history.
