Officials To Kick Off Ramsey Road Project

Coeur d’Alene officials will gather Friday to dedicate the Ramsey Road project.

Ceremonies for the $4.3 million roadway begin at 3 p.m. at the entrance to Ramsey Park, just off of Ramsey Road. Mayor Al Hassell and members of the City Council are expected to attend.

The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget, city officials say. Utility franchise fees, collected from companies that run lines down the right-of-way, helped finance the project. State highway user fees also helped pay for the road reconstruction. , DataTimes
