Trial Date Set For Carter
A former Idaho State football player pleaded innocent to two charges of statutory rape.

Sixth District Judge Peter McDermott set Nov. 16 for his trial.
Ike Johnson, 22, a senior linebacker, and Thomas Washington, 21, a junior running back, were given one week delays in their arraignments.
