Man Robs Convenience Store, Takes Chocolate Milk

From Staff And Wire Reports

A bearded man with a handgun and a taste for chocolate robbed a Spokane convenience store at 6:15 a.m. Saturday.

“The dude just came in went to the cooler and got a chocolate milk,” said Darren Carter at Qwik Stop, E3021 Wellesley.

“He stuck his hand in his pocket … and said `Give me all the cash out of your til.”’

The robber revealed a small semiautomatic handgun when Carter said he didn’t believe he was armed.

Carter said the man was about 35 and white. His long hair, beard and mustache were brown with some gray, Carter said.
