Simpson Trial

Thursday’s developments:

Angry response. Accusing the defense of misconduct for releasing a late witness list, prosecutors ask for a 30-day continuance and sanctions against the defense.

Hospitalized. Prosecutor William Hodgman is hospitalized with chest pains. His physician says the attorney could return to work next week.

What’s next? Trial is recessed until Monday when the defense is expected to conclude its opening statements. The judge told prosecutors to be ready to call their first witnesses Monday afternoon.
