Country Singer Makes Plea Bargain
An indecent exposure charge against country music singer Ty Herndon has been dropped in exchange for his guilty plea to a felony drug possession.
Herndon was arrested June 13 after police said he gestured for an undercover policeman to follow him into woods in a park. He then masturbated, police said.
Police said they found 2-1/2 grams of methamphetamine in Herndon’s wallet.
Herndon, 33, was sentenced Monday to five years’ probation.
