Liquor Licenses

R and P Enterprises Group Inc. has paid a $5,000 penalty to vacate a suspension of liquor license privileges. R and P holds a license to sell beer and wine for on-premises consumption and for off-premises consumption at Ichabod’s North Tavern, 1827 N. Division. The licensee, or an employee, was accused of allowing persons under age 21 to remain on the licensed premises and consume liquor there.

Joe and Sandra O’Hagan have applied for a license to sell beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales at the Pizza Factory, 116 W. H St., Deer Park.

21 X Investment Corp., has paid a $100 penalty to vacate a suspension of liquor license privileges. The firm holds a license to sell spirituous liquor, beer, and wine for onpremises consumption in conjunction with food sales at Commellini’s Restaurant, 14100 N. Dartford Road. The licensee, or an employee, was accused of failing to submit a timely report of liquor and food operations.

Jim’s Home Brew Inc. has applied for a transfer license to sell beer for off-premises consumption at Jim’s Home Brew Supply. The license is currently held by Robert Ketcham, doing business as Jim’s Home Brewing Supply, 2619 N. Division.
