Ncic Seeks Affiliation

The eight private colleges that make up the Northwest Conference of Independent Colleges have voted to seek affiliation with NCAA Division III.

As members of the NCIC, the colleges have been aligned with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics.

The schools hope to join the NCAA Division III on a provisional basis by September, with full membership to be in effect by 1998.
