Stockton Again Defensive Pick
For the fourth time in his pro career, Utah Jazz guard John Stockton has been selected to second unit on the NBA’s All-Defensive team.
He was earlier honored in 1989, ‘91 and ‘92.
San Antonio teammates David Robinson and Dennis Rodman made the first team along with Chicago’s Scottie Pippen, Seattle’s Gary Payton and Atlanta’s Mookie Blaylock.
Rodman made the first team for the sixth time. It was the fourth for Pippen, third for Robinson and second for Payton and Blaylock.
With Stockton are: Horace Grant, Orlando; Derrick McKey, Indiana; Dikembe Mutombo, Denver; Nate McMillan, Seattle.
