Liquor Licenses

Yi Enterprises has applied for a transfer license to sell beer and wine for off-premises consumption at Broadway Foods, 2229 W. Broadway. The license is currently held by Broadway Foods, Butcher and Deli Inc., doing business as Broadway Foods. The state Liquor Control board amended a news release that listed two individual applicants.

Gringos Inc. has applied for a transfer license to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales at Casa Rosa, 4111 N. Division. The license is currently held by La Paz Inc., doing business as Papagayos Mexicali Cafe Y Cantina.

Dai Bong Kang has been approved for a transfer license to sell beer and wine for off-premises consumption at Nevada Foods, 5438 N. Nevada.

The Washington Liquor Control Board has imposed a $250 penalty to vacate a suspension of liquor license privileges for Longball Inc., which holds a license to sell beer for on-premises consumption and unpasteurized beer for off-premises consumption at Spokane Indians Baseball Club,602 N. Havana. The licensee, or an employee, was accused of allowing someone under age 21 to consume liquor on the licensed premises.

Sebo Inc. has applied for a license to sell beer and wine for off-premises consumption at Paks Mart, 3616 N. Market. The license is currently held by Flying J. Inc., doing business as Flying J. Grocery.

Jerry and Joan Stauffer have applied for a license to sell beer and wine for off-premises consumption at Hico Mart, 4501 N. Regal.

Cedar Creek Village Phase IV, a general partnership, has been approved for a license to sell beer and wine for off-premises consumption at Cedar Creek Village, 8424 N. Nevada.

D.B.A.L. Inc. was ordered to undergo a 40-day suspension of liquor license privileges to sell beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales at Lil Big Foot, 3015 E. Mission. The suspension ended Aug. 26. An employee of the licensee was accused of being intoxicated on the licensed premises and possessing and consuming liquor, and the licensee was accused of allowing another corporation to use its liquor license.

Hui Mun Yi has been approved for a transfer license to sell beer for off-premises consumption and wine of less than 14 percent alcohol for off-premises consumption at Jax Foods, 3019 E. Mission.

Johal and Tahbel Inc. has applied for a license to sell beer and wine for off-premises consumption at Grocery Boys Empire Foods, 3430 N. Crestline. The license is currently held by Grocery Boys Inc., doing business as Grocery Boys Empire Foods No. 1.
