Brickowski Provides Relief

Seattle Super-Sonic ball boys beware! Frank Brickowski is in town.

Brickowski, the Sonics’ newest player, provides 52-percent shooting, muscling defense and a practical joke mentality.

“Any time you see a ball boy taped to a table and Frank’s around, you have an idea he might be the guy who did it,” said Sonics assistant Bob Weiss, the head coach of San Antonio when Brickowski played for the Spurs.

“I would classify him as a free spirit,” Weiss said. “He loves to have fun, but when he steps on the court he’s a real professional and a competitor.”

“I think you gotta keep it light,” Brickowski said. “A lot of players put too much pressure on themselves.
