Jack In The Box Chain Building Valley Store

Construction crews recently broke ground for a Jack in the Box restaurant in the Spokane Valley, bringing the chain’s number of stores in the area to five.

The new restaurant, at 711 N. Sullivan, will seat 86 people and is due to open next month.

Jack in the Box, one of the nation’s largest hamburger fast-food restaurant chains, is a division of Foodmaker Inc. San Diego-based Jack in the Box operates and franchises more than 1,250 restaurants in the West and Southwest.
