Fish Managers Seek Public Comment
State fisheries managers are seeking comments on a Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks Commission warmwater fish management plan.
The goal is to make the state’s warmwater fisheries better for anglers.
A final long-range plan for managing walleyes, northern pike, bass, crappies and other warmwater fish species is expected to be finished in early 1997.
The Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks will be conducting public meetings.
