Spokane Man Jailed On Heroin Possession Charges

A Spokane man was arrested Thursday night at his home for heroin possession.

Forty-year-old Ronald Joy was arrested when the Spokane Regional Drug Task Force searched his home at East 12422 in the Valley.

Investigators found a small amount of heroin, scales, packaging materials and syringes. Joy was booked in the Spokane County Jail on a charge of felony possession of a controlled substance. , DataTimes
