Katherine Reheiser Named Employee Of The Month

Katherine Reheiser was named the December Employee of the Month at Pine Crest Hospital in Coeur d’Alene.

Reheiser, a 1992 graduate of the North Idaho College licensed practical nurse program, has been with the company for two years and works primarily with adults.

She was born in England and moved to the Northwest in 1973.

William Tondee, son of Robert and Jeanette Delauter of Coeur d’Alene, recently enlisted in the infantry under the Army’s Delayed Entry Program.

Tondee, a 1993 graduate of Coeur d’Alene High School, will leave for Fort Benning, Ga., this month for basic training. He joined the Army for skill training and experience and his enlistment choice qualifies him for a $2,500 cash incentive.

Spring Harrington, daughter of Tina Moody of Athol, has enlisted in the Army’s Delayed Entry Program as a single-channel radio operator.

Harrington, a 1995 graduate of Lakeland High School, will leave for basic training at Fort Jackson, S.C., in March.

Michael Pugsley was recently hired as the new investment officer for First Interstate Investment Inc.

Pugsley is in charge of nine North Idaho branches ranging from Lewiston to Bonners Ferry and sells a variety of investment opportunities, including stocks, bonds, annuities, and mutual funds.

He has four years experience and previously worked for a local insurance company.

Patrick Hall has been promoted to sales manager at RE/Max Preferred Realtors in Coeur d’Alene.

Hall, who has been with the company for one year, has more than 15 years experience in real estate.

Marc E. Wallace, Coeur d’Alene, was recently elected a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

Wallace is with the law firm of Sims, Liesche, Reagan, Wallace and Wallace, P.A., in Coeur d’Alene, and is one of 12 such fellows in the state.

The recognition is based on outstanding practitioners in the fields of estate and trust planning and administration, related taxation, business succession and insurance planning, employee benefits and fiduciary litigation.

Melissa K. Mitchell was recently hired as the executive director of Idaho Child Abuse Response.

Mitchell’s duties for ICARE will include grant writing, raising funds and support from the community, coordinating “parent aide” matches, and assisting in parental-skill classes.

She was the former fund-raiser for St. Vincent De Paul and was credited with raising $100,000 for a playground.

ICARE trains volunteer parent aides to work closely with parents who are at risk of abusing their children. For information call, (208) 664-8111.

Three North Idaho Cost Cutter stylists recently received the National Stylists Award.

Pam Tillman, manager of the Post Falls Cost Cutters, and Gryndyl Wade, stylist at Post Falls Cost Cutters, both recently received the Chairman’s Club Award given for outstanding service production during 1995. Eulavene Baker, manager of the Coeur d’Alene Cost Cutter, received the Customer Service Award for outstanding service.
