Bsu Student Says Brochure Improper

From Staff And Wire Reports

Boise State University student John Slack on Thursday filed an election complaint, claiming it was improper for the school’s student government organization to print brochures opposing the One Percent Initiative without identifying who paid for them.

Slack also alleged that the student government hasn’t registered as a political action committee.

Slack filed the complaint with the secretary of state’s office. Election officials said the complaint would be forwarded to Associated Students of Boise State University for a response.
