Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

John M. Derr 21, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/eluding and driving while suspended, $2,500 bond.

Colleen D. Fowler 38, Spokane, failure to appear/grand theft, habitual offender, $10,000 bond.

Terry A. Fowler 34, Spokane, failure to appear/grand theft, habitual offender, $20,000 bond.

Denise A. Harder 36, Blanchard, possession of cocaine, $5,000 bond.

William R. Smith 22, Rathdrum, burglary (three counts), grand theft (two counts), habitual offender, $100,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Gary L. Beatty 27, Post Falls, contempt/ possession of a controlled substance, $252 bond.

Michael W. Burrow 38, Harrison, contempt/battery, $51 bond.

Voyne E. Gleason 57, Hayden, contempt/ failure to appear under subpoena, $1,000 bond.

Chad R. Gunion 21, Spokane, contempt/ placing debris on private property, $51 bond.

Sheila M. Hawley 28, Geiger Field, contempt/petty theft, $351 bond.
