Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Joseph L. Barnes 20, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/eluding an officer, failure to appear/ battery, $6,000 bond.

John Q. Brown 31, Newman Lake, non-sufficient funds checks (five counts), $2,000 bond.

Sunday R. Groce 25, Spokane, failure to appear/parole violation hearing for grand theft, $25,000 bond.

Timothy P. Mahon 33, Rathdrum, grand theft, $10,000.
