Sports Agent Arrested

Sports agent Leigh Steinberg, who recently added Olympic gymnast Kerri Strug to his star-studded client list, was arrested over the weekend in Newport Beach, Calif., for investigation of driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.

Steinberg, 47, was arrested after his car rear-ended another vehicle early Saturday morning, police said. No one was injured in the accident. Among Steinberg’s other clients is former Washington State standout Drew Bledsoe.
